Sansoro assigns an account team to each partner consisting of an Engagement Manager, Solutions Architect, and Executive Sponsor, in addition to your Sales Person. Once Sansoro has been engaged as your integration and interoperability partner, your assigned Engagement Manager will contact you to get an introduction call scheduled.
Depending on the Service Package selected, an onsite Engagement Kick-off meeting is scheduled within 30 days. It is important to get the introduction call and kick-off meeting scheduled quickly so that we can help you see the results of faster and easier integrations as soon as possible.
