Jeremy Pierotti

Chief Executive Officer

Bio

Jeremy Edes Pierotti, co-founder and CEO, brings over 25 years of experience in strategically guiding organizations, strengthening operations and leading successful teams. Previously, Jeremy served as CIO for Leidos Health. From 2002 to 2011, as a Principal and Owner of Validus Consulting, Jeremy led successful EHR implementations for Stanford Health, Tampa General Hospital, and Allina Health, growing the company to over $14 million. Jeremy serves on the boards of MinnPost and the Chamber Music Society of Minnesota. He received his MBA and MHA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and his BA from Brown University.

John Orosco

Chief Technology Officer

Bio

John has decades of experience establishing and growing healthcare organizations with a focus on software development and clinical integration initiatives. John worked at Cerner Corporation for 9 years as a software developer, software project manager and third-party vendor channel manager. After his time at Cerner, John co-founded JASE Health, a firm that provides custom development and professional services to health systems utilizing Cerner Millennium®. John has previously served on the Advisory Group for the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) Functional Interoperability & Health Information Exchange. John’s deep knowledge of electronic health record systems and interoperability challenges were the foundation for Sansoro’s Emissary solution. John earned his B.S. in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.

Dave Levin, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Bio

David Levin, MD is a physician executive with over 25 years of experience in healthcare information systems, clinical operations and enterprise strategic planning. Prior to joining Sansoro, he served as Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) for the Cleveland Clinic Health System (CCHS), where he led the Clinical Systems Office. Dr. Levin has founded several Health IT startups and served as an advisor to many more. He is a nationally recognized speaker and has appeared in academic, industry and consumer media. He currently serves on multiple industry and venture capital advisory boards and non-profit governance boards.

Dr. Levin holds degrees in Biology and Medicine from Brown University. He completed his residency in Family & Community Medicine at Brown and a fellowship in academic Family & Community Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS).

Nikki Kent

VP Operations

Bio

Nikki Kent, VP Operations, is an accomplished health care executive having specialized in Operations, Human Capital and Sales for Payer and Provider organizations. Before joining Sansoro, Nikki spent 15 years at Optum and UnitedHealthcare where she served as VP of Client Services and VP of Compensation, focused on Sales Enablement. She has also worked at large provider organizations such as Baylor Scott & White Health, Rhode Island Hospital, and CHRISTUS Health. Nikki earned her B.A. in History from TCU and MHA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Mike Pietig

Customer Success Officer

Bio

Mike has used his leadership, management, and operations experience to develop emerging technology companies and implement integrated systems for large and small healthcare organizations. Before Sansoro Health, Mike was VP of Solutions Strategy and Marketing at Leidos Health, where he led the development of the professional services organization and go to market strategy. Previously, he was a Principal and Owner of Validus Consulting. Mike has skillfully leveraged his more than 15 years of healthcare and start-up experience to become a trusted partner and advisor on behalf of notable clients such as Cleveland Clinic Health System, Allina Health and the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. Mike is a member of HIMSS and is actively involved with the Twin Cities chapter of Habitat for Humanity. Mike earned his BA from St. Cloud State University.

Bio

Yumin Choi leads the healthcare team investing across venture and growth. He was previously General Partner at HLM Venture Partners, leading investments across Health IT and services sectors. He served as board director for AbleTo, mPulse Mobile, Oceans Healthcare, Payspan (acquired by Primus Capital), Spinal Kinetics, and Vets First Choice. He was also board observer for Imagine Health, Nordic Consulting (acquired by Silversmith Capital Partners), Persivia, and TYRX (acquired by Medtronic)

Yumin serves on the New England Venture Capital Association’s board of directors, and was previously chair of New England Venture Network. He is also an investor and mentor in several other healthcare accelerators including Blueprint Health, Healthbox, Startup Health, Rock Health, and 500 Startups.

He received his BS in Entrepreneurship and Finance at Babson College.

Keith J. Figlioli

Bio

Keith Figlioli is General Partner at LRVHealth, where he helps identify, guide, and oversee investments in innovative new technologies that can lower costs and improve outcomes across the healthcare continuum. Previously, Keith was Premier, Inc.’s Senior Vice President of Healthcare Informatics, where he oversaw the company’s enterprise healthcare technology business. In this role, he also testified in front of Senate groups about value-based care and served on the federal government’s Health IT Standards Committee.

Prior to this, Keith was with Eclipsys (acquired by Allscripts) as its Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, where he was responsible for all go-to-market activities, market planning, and solution strategic direction across clinical, financial, and operational product offerings. During his tenure at Eclipsys, he served in several roles, including Vice President and General Manager of Revenue Cycle / Performance Improvement Solutions, Vice President of International Operations, and Vice President of Corporate Development.

Keith received his M.B.A. from Boston University and B.A. from Wheaton College.

Omar Hussain

Bio

Omar Hussain most recently was the president and CEO of Imprivata, and previously the founder and CEO of Anchorsilk, an e-commerce software company spun out of Compuware. Serving in senior executive leadership roles, Omar has led marketing, product, and business development efforts for various start-ups, including NuMega, and Open Environment Corporation, where he led the company through a successful public offering and subsequent acquisition by Borland. He also has a patent for systems and methods for multi-factor authentication.

Omar received his BA in Economics from the College of Wooster and BSc in Business Economics from Allegheny College.
